Job Functions/Responsibilities:

• Assist with assembling and erecting grain bins and related structures
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Work as part of a crew to complete projects on time
• Follow safety guidelines and site instructions
• Perform physical labor including lifting, climbing, and working at heights

Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Willingness to travel to job sites (if required)
• Comfortable with heights
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job.
• Good communication skills to follow instructions accurately.

We are seeking a dedicated Grain Systems Millwright Laborer to join our team.

These employees will assist in the fabrication and assembly of various agriculture grain handling systems, grain handling equipment tear down, crane work, and various power equipment work in various tasks to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time.

Job Functions/Responsibilities:

• Assist with the setup and cleanup of work sites.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
• Operate hand and power tools, and equipment.
• Operate on platforms or ladders safely at heights above 50 feet.
• Climb, and carry equipment, parts, and assemblies to installation at various locations on or above existing structures.
• Weld, operate company vehicles with trailers, operate various construction equipment.

Skills:

• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding environments.
• Basic knowledge of fabrication tools and equipment.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job.
• Good communication skills to follow instructions accurately.
